ASEAN-CHINA Forum on Work Safety Cooperation in Nanning

The ASEAN-China Forum on Work Safety Cooperation conducted in Nanning, capital of Guangxi Zhuang autonomous region, between 4th – 5th Dec 2023 hosted by Ministry of Emergency Management (MEM), People's Government of Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region, PRC and Department of Labor and Employment of the Republic of the Philippines.

The event arranged under the theme of Prevention and Safety First to provide a platform for deepening ASEAN-China occupational safety cooperation. It also highlights issues such as safe production supervision, inspection and law enforcement. There were opportunities to enhance cooperation in this area to strengthen exchanges of knowledge and experience in prevention policies, best safety practices, and latest technological solutions and jointly prevent occupational injuries and accidents.
