THE 7TH ASEAN-OSHNET CONFERENCE
AND THE 3RD ASEAN-OSHNET AWARD CEREMONY

On July 27, 2021 ASEAN-OSHNET Lao PDDR has conducted The 7th ASEAN-OEHNET Conference (AOC-7) and The 3rd ASEAN-OSHNET Award Ceremony (AOA-3) under the theme “Strengthening the Labour Inspection Mechanism for the effective OSH Inspection Post COVID-19 Pandemic” to revise on the implementation of ASEAN-OSHNET workplan 2016-2020 and steer the next workplan for 2021-2025 of OSH work in relation to the focus of ASEAN Member States, acknowledge the stellar achievement in OSH of companies/ organizations in ASEAN and to follow up on the implementation of OSH work.

Theme of the day

1. THE 7TH ASEAN-OSHNET CONFERENCE (AOC-7), half day in the morning

- Knowledge and experience sharing between ASEAN Member States and International organization in implementation OSH work.

- Plenary session for the promotion of all enterprises, regardless of size and nationality in the development and improvement of OSH compliance

2. THE 3RD ASEAN-OSHNET AWARD CEREMONY (AOA-3)

- Encourage enterprises regardless of size and nationality to develop and improve OSH compliance. The ceremony divided two categories of award which are:

I: ASEAN-OSHNET EXCELLENCE AWARD

II: ASEAN-OSHNET BEST PRACTICE AWARD

Participants

The Conference comprised of representation from ASEAN Member States as well as ASEAN + Three Countries, representative of social partners and international organizations and also representative of companies in ASEAN to receive award.
